Tidelands Caribbean Hotel and Suites

We love the location and will go back, even with the issues we had. Our door card quit working three times in a three night stay, we put out the “please service our room” sign on our door at 9 am and the room was not serviced, ask for more coffee and cups and they had the coffee but no hot cups. They were nice enough at the lobby and reset the door cards easy enough.

Everything was great except both pools were dirty my kids even said they were off not filtering at all.

Great hotel for a long weekend in Ocean City! Location is great, right on the boardwalk. Busy area with lots to do but not loud. Rooms were clean but could use some updating. Staff was friendly. Though slightly spread out, plenty of parking available.

Parking was awful. Tub had mildew around it. Beds were clean and comfortable. Ac was cold. Will prob stay again

After one night in another hotel that did not meet our expectations, we were able to book at Tidelands last minute at a great rate, saving us from a nightmare! The young lady at the front desk (I think her name was Polina??) was extremely helpful!! The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The kids loved the rooftop pool while the hubby and I relaxed in the lounge chairs. The location was excellent, right on the boardwalk and within a few minutes walk to convenience stores.

The only thing i wasnt happy about is there was only one elevator. Everything else was great!! Clean, walking distance to everything. Staff very friendly.
