Air conditioner didn't work, only 1 towel for 4 people there were cigarette butts on the balcony

Beds are comfortable and staff its great

Stayed for a few days. First night was okay. Second and third night we found roaches. Brought up to girl at the desk and said she would tell the manager. Luckily we checked out that day. Bathroom toilet and sink were barely functioning. Floor was dirty and had squished bugs all over it. Will never stay again.

The balcony was totally rusted and didn’t look safe since we were on the ocean and we paid a lot extra to be in that condo

Pool was cloudy, not enough towels, Hotel needs up keeping dated bathroom in room. Bathroom didnt have space to put your personal items Parking is limited .However the staff where very nice and welcoming at the front desk.

This is my second time staying here and I will definitely be back! I stayed last year and had another great experience. The location is great, right off of the boardwalk. The pool bar is also a plus. The rooms do have some areas of improvement but nothing that would prevent me from coming back.

Our room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a side view of the boardwalk and beach. The hall was narrow and the housekeeper had to move her cart into a room in order for us to pass with the luggage cart. The carpet in the hall was older and somewhat stained. There is only one elevator which was mostly okay except at check-in time. We enjoyed eating at the pool bar and also the pool on the roof which provides a great view of OC. All in all we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is just old and some things can't be remedied.

Hotel location was perfect Room need update

I will go ahead and give this one star because the hotel is in a great location. Aside from that I have nothing good to say. From the uninterested, rude or just miserable staff at the front desk depending on who was there, to the bathroom with the toilet that consistently ran and the shower which screeched a high pitch noise unlike anything I’ve heard before, I was left unimpressed and very unhappy. The worst part was when we entered the rooms (I paid for 2 Oceanview Suites), we had washcloths and hand towels, but literally NO bath towels. We called the front desk to request towels, but never received any. We went floor to floor asking members of the cleaning staff for towels and they didn’t have any either! I literally had to go out and purchase towels so we could properly bathe. The hotel finally delivered towels to our room after we had been there for well over 24 hours. One of our rooms also had a damp, moldy, stale smell to it and the balcony was super small, the chairs were disgustingly dirty and it was hard to open and close the balcony door. This was a long overdue family vacation and we were not happy with this experience at all. Aside from the location, the only other positive was the hotel restaurant which was really good.

The room I stayed in was dirty, the room and property needs alot of maintenance. When I arrived the tub has hair and sand inside of it, only 3 towels for a king suite no wash rug. The jet tub was not working and the shower head is broken. The microwave and refrigerator have rust all over them. The hotel is located close to alot of attractions. The property needs to be updated.
