Tidelands Caribbean Hotel and Suites

When we first checked in, they gave us a room that was not cleaned. Went to front desk and immediately gave us a new room. Staff was friendly, great location.

Dirty hotel Rooms need renovation bad

Your front desk representative Mickey is very knowledgeable and helpful with the hotel and local recommendations. Room conditions were very clean and the ocean view room was a nice plus for the price.

Our room was very clean, we had more than enough towels, toilet paper, etc. The staff was very friendly. The on site dining was excellent!!! Very close to the boardwalk. Will definitely be coming back A+

ive been staying at the Tidelands since it was only 2 or 3 years old many moons ago. This place has the best location on 5th Street which keeps me coming back. But also the new owner seems to be updating as he can. The girl at the front desk, Micaela has been there a few years and goes above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you Tidelands, but mostly Thank you Miceala for the best service a guest could hope for. p.s love that Ocean Front Room

Have to admit that after reading some of the previous reviews for Tidelands, that I was concerned about my choice of lodging for our family's stay in ocean city. However, Tidelands proved me wrong! The property could use some updating, but it still has character. Our room there was fine and the beds were comfortable. The staff were great!!! They all responded to needs that we had (like additional towels and assistance with a broken bottle). Very personable. We really liked the outdoor pool with the bar that offered tasty drinks. Would definitely stay there again... Thank you Tidelands for helping to make our vacation a good one!

Parking is a little tricky but other than that we had an excellent stay. The location, room and staff were amazing.
