Holiday Inn Milton Keynes - East M1, Jct. 14 by IHG

Great quiet location with clean and tidy rooms

This is a great stay if you are travelling up the M1. It’s just off the motorway but away from the noise, with the window open you can hear it in the distance but not a problem with closed windows, which can be an issue if you are closer. Really comfortable bed, friendly staff. And a relaxed quiet feel to the hotel. The only reason I gave staff 4 stars was IHG need to put more than one member of staff on in the evenings. I had to wait 10 mins for the poor guy serving behind the bar to come and check myself and another guest in, with other people waiting with queries. He was left holding the fort. Otherwise, a fab little find!

We attended a celebration of life at the hotel, stayed two nights and had no complaints.

Very tired room, bathroom had no toiletries in (missed off). Air-conditioning is retro fit which regularly kept pumping water every 5 mins, futhermore bed very uncomfortable

Nice hotel, brilliant staff. The only negatives are minor and personal preference, no plugs by the bed, and walk in shower but no bath.

Lovely hotel. Great location for M1 access. Friendly reception and bar staff. The room and hotel were clean and tidy. Good breakfast selection. Large car park which is complementary.
