Moorings Hotel

This was our second time at Moorings. Most of the staff recognised us and welcomed us like old friends. They are always smiling and happy to make your stay memorable. The food is excellent as always, the weekly specials are a great way to taste something new. The pool was a great place to meet new people. Just a short stroll to the nearby Tana Plaza to have a quick lunch or watch a movie in the cinema, or a longer walk to the town to enjoy the best Vila has to offer. Plenty of restaurants close by. Watch the cruise ships come and go from the deck, or watch the sea life come alive in the evening - lion fish, sea snakes and so on. Definitely will come back, again and again!

Excellent location, staff were very friendly and treated us really well, our room was kept nice and clean, our ocean room view was first class, food was great, will definitely come back here again top marks.

Good location and lovely setting on the water but my room was very disappointing. Admittedly the cheapest but only a small window looking out on a wall.

Close to town, other restaurants and most importantly our dive shop. V helpful staff. Only negative the open air bar next door can be outrageously noisy. We had 2 dreadful nights of "doof -doof" to 1am that no ear plugs could block. Get a room in 3rd/4th row if can = quieter.

Excellent staff friendly and efficient in every way

Room was on the smaller side and quite basic (we booked the cheapest room available...). The bathroom was basic also but the water was nice and hot. The restaurant had a great view, food was good. We stayed here overnight as our flight arrived late, before setting off to our resort. The room was spotless. It is in a good location in town, but away from the busyness. Close to a new mall (small one) with a cinema and a great french bakery. The staff were very friendly.

Nice comfortable hotel right on the water, walking distance to town and places to eat or you can stay and eat at hotel, very friendly staff who cant do enough to help you.

The room was concise and very clean, serviced everyday, bed comfortable and shower nice and hot. The pool was beautiful and clean. The restaurant open at good hours and well priced. The staff so polite and always willing to help. There were very few people staying when we were there so they were getting a few maintenance things done but such a nice little place close to town.

Was nice, but very average. Staff weren’t that helpful. And the rooms could have been cleaner.
