Enjoyed our short stay. Staff were friendly and hotel was conveniently located

The room was nice and clean and the restaurant staff were friendly. The front desk staff were difficult to communicate with. I would recommend booking tours independently of them. Also, we asked for a late check out for 11am and they said they charge by the hour but when we went to check out they said it was per person per hour so we got charged double what we were originally told. Quite an expensive hour in the end. We got a good deal so were ok with our experience but would have been disappointed if we had paid full price. We paid extra for an ocean front room which just meant that our room was connected to a communal deck next to the restaurant so we had to keep our curtains closed at all times or people could see straight into our room, not exactly what was advertised but again it was cheap so it was fine. The beachfront bar next door played very very loud music on the Friday night but they have to stop by 11pm or the police are called so it wasn't too late, just annoying cause we had an early morning the next day.

Would have been good to have a chair in the room. Louvred windows were good except top two were clear glass. Great for light but no good for night sleeping and when the next building is two floors high and looks into your room. There were no additional covers.

Second time we've stayed there in the last six months very convenient to everything staff are excellent and very helpful rooms are basic but very clean and comfortable

Whilst the rooms are extremely basic they are very clean. The staff are attentive and eager to assist.

Handy to town, great staff - always friendly. They do a great job of keep the rooms clean and generally everything works. The food is good and has plenty of variety. The big complaint is the WiFi - it is pathetic. It is easier to connect to other resorts or restaurants to get better connectivity and speed. Time for an upgrade team.

This is one of the better hotels that are priced right. We encountered other travellers who paid much more for there accom which didnt have air con for example. And this is a must in Vila at this time. This resort hotel is well placed to the start of the CBD and to other business towards the airport. We stayed there last February and went back again this year in 2018. And again in 2019 we will be there.

Friendly welcome and helpful staff. Clean rooms, we had one of the standard rooms with no view but was fine for a short stay. If staying longer I would book a poolside or beachfront room. Nice clean pool, great restaurant with friendly staff and good food. Great location handy to town - lovely walk along the waterfront.
