The overall stay was pleasant. Friendly and efficient staff, spacious room and bathroom, free Wi-Fi, convenient location, just doorstep from subway station, nearby shopping mall and numerous restaurants options nearby. However, one drawback is the odor of the room. Despite my room was non-smoking, the room still has a strong cigarette odor, I had to turn the AC to the coolest temperature and the strongest wind to help circulating the smell. Other than that, I am quite pleased with the overall experience with Shenzhen Kempinski.
good location , clean and good service
Very bad experience: there was a cup of coffee left and the toilet smell is bad. I suspect the room was badly cleaned. Rooms service response was slow. I was provided a room for people in disability but I am in good condition. It's really ridiculous. I will backlist this hotel and won't recommend it to you.
A hotel at this level should not smell like an old bar. A non smoking room should not smell like a cigar has been burning.

I happened to have my birthday fall on my stay there, K put a surprise birthday cake with candle and match and a hand writing card!~~ I was touching and very much pleased! Overall stay is good enough. Shopping mall downstairs, MRT behind, good location ~
Key card could not have access to lift floor and room initially.
