This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Everything about the Kempinski is wonderful. The Asians still believe customer service is priority and this hotel sets the standard very high

talking about service and location, the hotel is really good. The employees always give you a solutions for the different issues. The only concern is that I made the booking, and I choose to pay in the hotel, my idea was to pay by cash when I make the check out, but I was surprise that when I went down to make the check out, the girl who attends me told me that the charge for my room was already debit from my credit car deposit, and I cannot change that, I never has this problem before but nobody can explain me if it was a issue of hotels.com or an issue of the hotel
