Lots of homeless people in the area. Air conditioner didnt work to well.

Decent hotel. Poor location. Pool was a bit dirty. Ac in room would not drop tek0 of the room below 80°.

Stains on sheet's and furniture, this place appears to be a halfway house for felons

Some reviews of this hotel border on the ridiculous. I did not encounter any transients, hookers or poor service during my stay. The room was as cold as I wanted it, parking out front was convenient and safe...and FREE. The room was very clean..no major issues. There was a smokey smell in the hallways but I felt this was normal in a hotel of this age......and I didn't linger in the hallways. The hotel was 4 minutes from the location where I had a meeting ...so very convenient. Although too hot to be outside...I did look at pool and spa and both were clean and inviting. What I did witness was a belligerent guest yelling at the CSR and she called the police and remained calm an professional. When the cable went out, a service technician came right away and tried everything including replacing the TV and cable box...but it turned out to be a citywide issue with Cox...nothing the hotel could control. Overall, this hotel is OK...nothing fancy but average. If you want something fancy and don't mind dealing with downtown traffic and $20 parking fees and a $200 room....go to the Hyatt.

I didn’t like the fact that the AC was broken and no one mentioned it at check in like they were supposed to. I also didn’t like the fact that there are signs everywhere saying there are ice machines on the 3rd floor and then you go to the third floor and it says ice is on the 6th & 9th floor. I also didn’t like how there were drug deals in every direction of the hotel. There were people hanging out til late at night that weren’t staying there and there are prostitutes walking around in the hallways. I felt extremely uncomfortable during my stay at this hotel. Extremely disappointed

The A/C was not working right and it was hot in the room all night. We asked for a fam for our room and were told They were all out because others were using them, but told us we could move to another room. Why would we move to another room if the problem was hotel wide?

Their was sketchy people coming in and out the hotel. The hotel smelled nasty. Parking was sketchy. Front desk person was rude. The ac was not working they offered me a refund but I never got it.

My family and I visited in Nov. 2019, and then again now in April 2021. What a horrible difference. This hotel is SO run-down now. Dirty too!

The staff was pleasant and did their job adequately. The property needs a good update. Looks tired and dreary. There was an odor in the room that reminded me of cigarettes. The hallway had an odor that I am unable to describe, except to say it wasn't pleasant.

Apparently having "Wyndham" in the name means nothing. Thinking this was part of a time share meant this would be a nice hotel, held to certain standards, I was wrong. This Ramada is very old and run down. Our AC ran non stop and was VERY loud, not to mention the visible air filter that had about 10 years of buildup on it. The couches in the suite were stained and old and so was the carpet. If there wasn't parking in their small front lot, we had to park in the back structure that they share with another hotel and homeless people. The pool was filthy and we had to strain it for a while before we could go in, even after that it was questionable. I would not stay at this hotel again and I would not recommend it.
