Liked that you have a canal and see people having fun all day

An excellent position for all the main sites. Breakfast disorganised often have too many plates but no cups or vice versa. Same applies to the food. Rooms were acceptable but lift service poor. A strong smell of food throughout. WiFi was good in our room on the sixth floor but problematic elsewhere.

Located on the Fontanka canal, so not brilliant for the centre, but not bad, this small hotel has limited facilities. Breakfast was pretty basic, and only a small bar area. rooms quite plain, but clean and working well.

Nothing to complain about. 24/7 reception and bar/restaurant. Clean rooms, a jacuzzi in the room. Minibar. AC. Safe. Friendly service. No iron/board in the room. TV signal was poor... Breakfast was adequate with coffee machines, toast, fruits, porridge, eggs, cheese and some Russian items as well, like fish and eggs and such.

Please prepare better the conference room equipment: microphone and availability to do video conferences. Also there were big problems with wifi on the 3rd floor

В Питере не очень хорошо чистили дороги, а на метро без пробок. Хорошая инфраструктура, рядом все есть. Завтрак идёт бонусом, простой, но можно найти себе еду по вкусу

Tosi hyvä hotelli, vaikka edullinen. Melko lähellä keskustaa ja metroasemaa. Erittäin hyvä aamiainen.

Room with spa bath is very nice. No complementary coffee or tea in the room. They served 2 bottles of water only first night. Receptionist should be practice to smile. Except night receptionist she is very helpful and very polite. Breakfast is great.
