Well maintained property. Friendly staff.

We had a wonderful week at the Double Tree. The food was lovely, the pool, garden and veiws were amazing. The bure was spacious and well maintained. We had a wonderful massage at the spa. The pastry chef Sangeeta was amazing. Every morning she made me gluten free food for breakfast. SO YUMMY The staff were so polite, kind and helpful. Tip. You need to book a reservation for dinner other wise you may not get your first choice.

As a group of 7, we stayed for 4 nights. When 2 of us got sick, the staff checked in on us to see if there was anything we needed. The evening menu could do with a bit more variety. There was a great selection at breakfast & the staff are just amazing. We left feeling like family

This property has so much potential. Beautiful gardens and wonderful staff. The resort is very run-down and needs renovation. Owners need to put their hands in their pockets and fix the place.

Just finished an 8 night stay here and we absolutely loved it. The staff are simply incredible and very friendly and warm. Our ocean front villa was lovely, very spacious, clean, with a great bathroom and shower. The oversized patio was a pleasure to relax and watch the amazing sunsets. Food at the various restaurants was good and very affordable from a USD perspective. The staff every morning had our coffee ready for us. The grounds here are truly beautiful, it’s like you’re in a botanical garden. From a Hilton Honors Diamond perspective, I couldn’t have asked to be treated better. It was truly a great stay and I’d highly recommend the property.

Absolutely Amazing!! Our trip was perfect, the food was delicious and special mention for Dass!!! He did our sunset horse ride and was amazing, I can’t recommend doing the horse rides enough! He was by far the most accommodating staff member. He went above and beyond to cater to us and I have nothing but good things to say! - we will be nominating him for employee of the month!!! Thankyou Dass! We will be back to see you soon :)

We stayed here for 2 nights before heading back home to the UK The resort is set up with 2 restuarants, a large pool area, 2 small convenience shops and a desk to book activities Food: if you want to eat here, book the restuarants in advance. The menu is OK but not particularly extensive and does not have a wide selection of vegetarian options. If not, worth getting a taxi to denerau port where theres a greater selection of cuisine. Breakfast was very good compared to the other 3 hotels we stayed at in Fiji. We didnt have any problems with service speed here as other reviews have mentioned. Food can be ordered at the pool bar or main resturant and delivered to the pool / loungers Pool: the pool was nice, plenty of space and a few different pool areas. The music from the pool bar at times was a bit blary and maybe could be turned down a tad. Seems to be good for families as well as couples. Gym: done the trick for a quick 5k on the treadmill and bike. Some weights and benches available. Rooms: clean, quiet with good facilities and air con. Our room didnt have wifi inside it so we needed to go to the hotel lobby which was a bit annoying. Activities: there are some 'in house' activities here such as horse riding, paint ball/target shooting and some sports sessions. Theres also a desk to book excursions outside of the resort. People say its 'far away' but you have to get a taxi to every tourist attraction in Fiji. Overall a nice stay, could see ourselves staying longer.

We loved the style, boutique feel of this resort. It isn't a big family only friendly resort. It had heaps to do but was really well laid out so kids activies didn't intrude on adult time. The food was ok but unless you like buffet your food had limited alternatives. The staff were amazing, the rooms were awesome and overall we really liked this resort and would be back.

Lovely hotel and wonderful staff who cannot do enough but not enough staff to cope with amount of people at dinner. No entertainment after 9 pm and that includes the bar. Lady at egg station at breakfast needs another member of staff to help her and we fedback this suggestion.

Security was never really a concern in Fiji, but the fact the the resort was essentially only accessible through boat made it feel like 'home'. I did however feel like the brochure of the rental was very different than what I received and that was indeed disappointing. Had I had known, I would have inquired if WYSIWYG.
