Waipouli Beach Resort and Spa Kauai by OUTRIGGER

Accommodations and property were very nice and clean. The only issue was the cooktop DID NOT WORK.. oven works fine and microwave, but no cooktop function (all the lights worked on stove but zero heat)

It’s so close to the beach and shopping

Our condo did not have working internet when we checked in. The first maintenance personnel that showed up checked the internet with his phone and work password and said it was working for him. I showed him that it was not working for me and asked him to try the guest account on his phone. He told me it was the end of his shift and it wouldn't be until later that someone could work on it. As we did not want anyone in our room without us there, we had to wait until 1:30pm the next day for a technician. This time it was agreed that our room internet was not working and the technician replaced the connections in the wall that were corroded. He was quick and professional and our internet worked well after that. We enjoyed the beach and pool area as well as having a good sized condo with kitchen for eating and relaxing.

An absolute gem, wonderful location, spacious rooms, awsome staff,beautiful pool, superb reataurant, and the gals at reception are exceptional,helpful,kind,and so frindly. Highly recommend to anyone staying in the greater Kapaa area!

Needs more food options and bars

The property was quiet and very relaxing. The beach wasn’t too busy and the pool was very family friendly. The suites were roomy and comfortable. The only negative was I wish they had a pool lounge for lunch and drinks.

Very nice and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. A wonderful place to stay!

The only issue was that the room spelled a bit moldy and thus we bought a few air fresheners
