This property was beautiful from start to finish. A great location across the street from the Water. We really enjoyed the two Jacuzzi spas on the pool deck upstairs. And we had excellent service.

Our stay at the Ritz Carlton Fort Lauderdale was exceptional, with outstanding service provided from the moment we arrived. Allan politely assisted us with our luggage and escorted us to our luxurious suite, which was meticulously clean. Jellyssa demonstrated a high level of professionalism and accomodation throughout our stay. A delightful surprise awaited us in our suite - a bottle of champagne, cake and birthday card, which made my birthday celebration truly special. The Burlock Restaurant offered an exquisite dining experience, with Ascash providing us thorough explantaion of the menu. The culinary team, including the chef and kitchen staff excelled in preparing our meals from appetizers, main course & desserts, including a complimentary birthday cake with candle. The Ritz Carlton Fort Lauderdale clearly values its loyal Bonvoy customers. We higky recommend their exceptional service and look forward to returning. The coastal view meets impeccable service. We booked the weekend to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and while we’ve stayed at this Ritz-Carlton many times before, this was our worst experience. We were told we’d been upgraded as an American Express Platinum member, but it was actually the same room we booked —and the least comfortable one we’ve had here. The shower was completely open, with no door, which was uncomfortably cold. When I asked about switching, I was told, “We don’t have showers with full glass doors,” which is not true, based on both past stays and the hotel’s own website. It felt very misleading. The highlights were the thoughtful cake and prosecco for the birthday, plus a wonderful meal at Burlock Coast—Lou was a fantastic server, and the food was excellent. Sadly, despite those moments, the overall stay fell far below the standard we’ve come to expect from this hotel.
