Embassy Suites Tucson - Paloma Village

Mold in bathroom toilet when we arrived, floor although recently refinished feels spongy; dingy and dark interior, at breakfast, oatmeal was tepid at 6:15 and still tepid an hour later. We had some freezer packs with us (we stayed over to avoid having to drive home and back the next day as we are 90 minutes from Tucson) but they claimed not to have space for our icepacks. The drains are slow, as if clogged. Also, the alarm went off shortly after 6 when it should have been turned off by housekeeping after the previous occupant left. All in all, a terrible experience.

Jasmine the bar tender was really amazing. We were there for a funeral, so as you can imagine people were being loud and then crying. She was very understanding and kind.

The bathroom in my room was a little run down. The toilet always looked dirty. The girl at the front desk did try to clean it for us, but it was just wear that looked bad.

Location, Happy Hour, Breakfast and the room

We stayed 4 night they didn’t clean the room even once only changed the towels. The house keeper was very rude. The sheet beds were wrinkle, Very bad experience

Excellent staff (as always), nice room with great Mtn views. Breakfast was mostly good, great potatoes on Sat morning. And they cook great over-medium eggs.

Bed was too soft, especially for a lower bad back, and the pillows were horrible. Breakfast potatoes were cold (2nd day) coffee kept running out, both days.
