"Cockroach motel"

We stayed here while visiting our kid in college. The place looks nice but we ended up with giant cockroaches on the walls of our room in the middle of the night. After that we couldn't sleep. The next day the room was never cleaned and restocked with clean towels. I called the front desk and they blamed us. They said we had the do not disturb on our door. This was incorrect. I asked to have a manager call us back and the never did. Extremely disappointed in our stay.

"Paying for parking at the hotel."

My stay was good. I was not happy about paying for my room then paying $12 per night for parking. That should be included with the room price. Thats like charging for a pair of shoes then extra for the laces. I am not gettibg to your hotel without a car. It will disway me from staying there again and we have stayed there at least once a year for several years now.
