التجربه فريده وغريبه في نفس الوقت شاهدت صور الفندق على التيك توك واعتقدت انه صور الفندق لكن عند حضور ياكتشفت ان الصور تابعه للمتحف الملاصق لهم لا تمّت للفندق بصله عند حضوري انصدمت بشكل كبير من حيث مكان الاستقبال وممرات الأوتيل للوصول للغرف

*****اهم نقطه ابدأ بها ان الذي يعاني من مشاكل صدريه كالربو او ضيق في التنفس لا يحضر حيث ان المكان يعج بالبخور والفحم يقومون بالتبخير بمواد رائحتها سيئه كنوع من الستايل المكان او لا اعلم ماهو وضع البخور كأنه نوع من الاستحضار الأرواح او ثقافه تخص المايا لااعلم جدواها لكن فعلا الدخان كثيف كثيف بشكل مزعج يجيب الصداع وبكل مكان عند الاستقبال بكثره 1- السرير غير مريح أبدا وضيق 2- النت مقطوع من الغرف لا يعمل في الغرف فقط في الاستقبال 3- لايوجد محوّل لشحن الغرف 4-الشاطئ ضيق جدا وقصير لا توجد اي إطلاله او شراحه فيه 5- لاتوجد خصوصيه حيث ان الفندق القريب داخل معنا 6- خدمه الشاطئ سيئه سيئه جلست وقت لم يحضر احد لخدمتي وعند طلبهم تم الرد عليّ بأنه شخص يقوم بالخدمه لكنه سيحضر بعد قليل بعدها تركت المكان 7- الفندق بشكل مكان يكتم وضيق وغير شرح بشكل كبير

Terrible experience all together. The room smelled like mold and there were loose wires and unkept grounds everywhere. No customer service at the beach for towels or even to have a beverage at the ocean. When asked to keep the window open to air out the room, the staff said they could not as wild animals would enter the room. I left before I even checked in because I was so appalled by the experience. It is a real life Fire Festival, selling a completely different experience via Instagram. As the property refused to refund me, I am now disputing the transaction with my bank. I highly recommend to not stay there. This is not a $300 USD experience, and nothing more than a $50 USD backpacking experience.

From the moment we arrived, we received impeccable service and attention, beginning with Paola, who checked us in, gave us an overview of the property and amenities, and made us feel warmly welcome and at home. Our Sky Villa upgrade exceeded our wildest expectations, and we spent all five nights of our visit sleeping on the outdoor bed swing hanging directly above the breaking waves, though the room bed with it's mosquito canopy located just inside the two wide doors that opened onto the ocean was equally beautiful and comfy. The round, candlelit villa with its sculptural soaking tub near the ocean doors was a sight to behold every night. Multi-storied plank and wood limb walkways criss-cross the jungle through the vast property and are lit by glowing umber light globes and dotted with pots of burning copal. They are magical to behold and explore, day or night. Between the raised walkways are suspended net floors with scattered cushions for relaxing or having a bite and a drink while floating above pools of water or the jungle canopy itself. We had many meals on property, and not one dish of any meal disappointed. We returned repeatedly to Elixik (breakfast and lunch), Italik (Italian), Tseen Ja (Japanese), and Mirador (the topmost "nest" for sunset viewing and 360° jungle views, with a DJ and bar) and wished we had longer to stay and explore even more of their incredible menu choices, cocktails, and wines. We regrettably did not work time into our vacation to partake of spa services, but admired the various domes, the steam dome and the sound dome especially, and will make sure to try some services on our next visit. We had the great experience of having two spiritual energetic ceremonies conducted for us, both of which focused on gratitude and loving energy, one upon arrival and one at sunset at the highest point of the property. We were so well and warmly taken care of by every employee we encountered throughout our entire stay. Elizabeth, our personal concierge, stayed in contact with us daily, gave us wonderful suggestions for activities both within the resort and outside of it, like the otherworldly cenotes we visited, and greeted us warmly everytime we crossed paths on the property. All our our dining waitstaff were attentive and helpful and friendly. I wish I had had the foresight to jot down names as we went because there were so many people who treated us with such kindness and personal attention, and they all deserve recognition. This place is an 11/10.

O lugar é realmente lindo, impecável!

Acredito ser a proposta do hotel, mas a ausência de chuveiro e excesso de mosquitos incomodaram dms..

I went to Tulum with my friend expecting a relaxing beach vacation. Cute sunsets, ocean breeze, maybe a margarita or seven. We picked Azulik because the pictures looked like a Pinterest board and the vibes seemed immaculate. That’s where the beauty ends. We arrive and immediately get spiritual smoke blown in our faces that smelled like burnt hair. Off to the side? A fat raccoon going to town on a pile of trash like it owned the place. Honestly, a foreshadowing of everything to come. Then we check into our room, and that’s when the horror film truly begins. The concierge points to the tub and casually says, “There’s no shower.” After traveling all day, I was praying for a rinse, but nope — just a bathtub we had to use before sunset because the room had no actual lights. So my friend and I hopped into a saltwater tub like two feral mermaids and hoped for the best. I might as well have jumped into the ocean. I also had zero idea what I looked like the entire trip. We got ready with our iPhone flashlights, charging them using the one singular outlet in the whole room. We tried lighting the candles, but the matches were flimsier than overcooked spaghetti. When we asked to borrow a lighter, the concierge laughed at us. And considering the entire place is made out of bamboo and fabric, the lack of fire-safety was… a choice. Then comes the real nightmare. On our second night, we’re walking back on these sketchy bamboo bridges and staircases. I trip — and fall straight through a giant gap in the railing. I dropped about 20 feet. I am truly lucky to be alive. Nothing broke, but my bruise covers my entire thigh and now I’m wearing a knee brace indefinitely. Ridiculous. Even worse? The hotel offered zero refund, zero upgrade, zero empathy. I asked for a room with lights since I literally could barely walk, and the response was: “For what?” …girl. For WHAT do you THINK? The medic basically just rubbed my knee, which achieved nothing except more pain. Then my friend went to buy me a brace and the pharmacist recommended… testosterone. I wish I was making these stories up, but I am not. Our four days were a nonstop marathon of treacherous injuries, chaos, and unhelpful staff. A comical canon event, for sure.

We enjoyed our visit until the last two days, when the construction started on the rooms next to ours. We were not told it would happen (literally every minute the sun was up) and could not enjoy our room as we intended for our last two days. There was pounding, sanding, and the worst part was the lack of privacy with all the workers coming and going. We complained to the front desk, who told us we needed to speak to the manager or concierge (conveniently not available). Same thing the next day, starting at 8:30 am. We complained again, and the manager and concierge were still unavailable. All of this could have been avoided with a bit of communication - we could have changed rooms or revised or plans. We were completely ignored and it WAS NOT WORTH THE PRICE FOR THIS INCONVENIENCE!!! We reached out to both the manager and the concierge after our visit, and did not receive even an apology. For a highly rated resort, this is completely unacceptable customer service. We will happily return to Tulum, but never this property.

Na verdade é um lugar Hypado dms. A maioria das coisas não estão abertas e tudo é diferente das fotos. Pessoalmente não é essas coisas todas. As funcionárias (recepção) não são tão profissionais e quando precisávamos de uma tomada na recepção, ninguém fez questão de ajudar.

Não volto nunca mais. Comida fraca e preço exorbitante por um serviço medíocre. Comemos mil vezes melhor em restaurantes com zero fama!
