The room is comfortable and very convenient location.

A tad disappointed as the pictures and the actual rooms booked were a bit different. Should show the actual room package’s pictures. It’s a bit misleading to me.

They upgraded our room and gave us complimentary fruits. Thanks Eric

We are a family of 3 with 2 rooms for 2 nights. They upgraded both our rooms to Suites with lake view. The hotel is located on a vibrant street within walking distance to the West Lake. They provide good breakfasts in the hotel and there are a lot of good restaurants in the surrounding area. It's a wonderful stay.

A very convenient lcation close to Longxiangqiao metro station and bus lines 4 and 27. Just a shorrt walk to the West Lake. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The front desk people work really hard to answer your tourist questions..

Good location, amenity, convenience for shopping,eatting,and trip to anywhere.

The staffs are kind and helpful. The place is strategic. I will stay again if go to hangzhou next time. Recommended to everyone

We booked rooms which had small outdoor balconies - one with a spectacular view of West Lake. We were very happy with both rooms. Breakfast was also quite satisfactory as was dinner. This was our third stay at the hotel and we would use it again. The location is excellent.

We are happy stay at this hotel, the only comment is when taking the bath, water come out from glass bathroom, make the whole bathroom wet. Easily slip.

Good hotel that is close to one of the local subway station, and close to several bus stops. Room was clean and comfortable. However, be very wary of the tour service group that the hotel engage for day trips. Unfortunately, this group (while not managed by the hotel) is badly run by inconsiderate tour guides. I had a bad experience with them.
