Hangzhou Hua Chen International hotel

Really comfortable room, just a little on the small side. I liked that they had a filtered water tap in the room as well as didn’t use disposal toiletries for everything. The staff spoke reasonably English and where helpful with an issue I had. Location was good for accessing shops and West Lake.

Check in too almost 30 minutes as hotel still using manual foreigner registration process! Check out also was not pleasant as staff handling our check out abruptly left and did not informed check out is settled causing us to wait for 15minutes. A pity as hotel is well located and interiors were well kept

Carpets needed replacement. Lobby had strong odor of cigarettes. Appreciated getting early checkin to my room at 10:30 am.

This hotel provided me excellent service: my room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The breakfast buffet was spendid. The helpful, friendly people at the front desk worked hard for me to get the answers to my questions. The hotel it just a short, accessible walk from the Longxiangqiao Metro Station. It is also just a short walk further west from the metro to the shore of the West Lake.

lots of good eat within walking distance. close to bus and subway..walking distance to westlake. airport bus pickup around the corner every 15 min. very happy stay here for a week.

Everthing was good. There was a separate drinking water supply in the toilet. Service personnells weee very helpful.

I have stayed at this hotel before. What a difference. I was given a room on one of their "for business guests" rooms (1605), and the room condition was completely different. My last visit I was so disappointed that I mentally noted the hotel really should have been rated no more than a 3 star. My comparison was the Ramada Haihua Plaza, which always liked staying at but had gotten more expensive than I wanted to spend for my stays in Hangzhou. I was pleased this visit with Hua Chen International on Pinghai Road, which is ideally situated for me.

Not clean:(not good location,bad smell inside the room,not polite staff.
