Hangzhou Hua Chen International hotel

Convenient location within walking distance to the westlake and shopping malls. Close to airport bus stop making transfers between airport and hotel very convenient.

The hotel is close to West Lakes, the room was clean and all the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a wide spread of variety although the food was somewhat ordinary. Everything considered, it is a hotel worthwhile staying and certainly value for money.

Value for money, service is good. Just that the building is old. Would be good if the hotel could have renovation to stay competitive.

Our reservation was for a non smoking room. They put us in a smoking room. Their reason was that we checked in too late. There policy was first come first serve. Our train arrived late and was hard to find a taxi cab. We had booked the hotel four weeks in advanced and everything was paid for. We found a cigarette bud laying against the bathroom door. I was very upset about the whole ordeal.

Rooms were small. But the ceiling was huge! For a Standard room. Quite disappointing for a $700 HKD hotel

It's really close to the lake. There are lots of stores and places to eat in the area. The room is a decent size and the bed is pretty comfortable. Main down side is the area is a little congested traffic wise during the day.

Good location and great service.

The location is pretty closed to metro and in walking distance to the lake. Many malls, shops and restaurants nearby. The business room looks like a newly renovated, clean and modern. Bed is comfortable. There are variety of choices for breakfast! I was really happy chosing this hotel and i would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Comfortable stay

Average hotel in a good location. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with a wide variety. Customer service was good. Cable TV had reception issues... Wasn't enjoyable to try and watch. Decor is dated. Smoking allowed in lobby. Price is a little high due to location... Not quality of stay.
