Hangzhou Hua Chen International hotel

Arrived late due to delayed flight and not a problem checking in at all. Friendly and helpful staff at all times. Easy walk to metro station.

Location - Good but need more directional info especially exit from sub-way Breakfast - Good and variety but staff's hygiene required to be trained Room - Clean and comfortable but a bit small Staffs - Very friendly and helpful..

Hotel is situated at a good location. The reception also provided good service

The hotel room was clean and everything you need is well provided. Nice gesture of the hotel is by giving us free fruits in our room during the course of our stay. Breakfast was very good with wide variety of choices. The breakfast area is on the top floor of the hotel and has a nice view of the west lake.

Excellent environment here besides the lake. A welcome relax trip for just about anyone

This Hotel location is great for visitors to Hangzhou. Located very near to West Lake with great foods available in the close vicinity. Hotel rooms slightly old. Although recently re-furbished, we have cranky chairs and an old bed. While towels are new, the bed linens are old.Breakfast is great too with enough choices. Room wifi is slow and can be improved. Great value for money.

A bit disappointed with the room. Didn't expect it to be so small that is at the corridor. Anyway, the location is very ideal near to the lakeside and shopping malls.

Good service, good staff and convenient place to visit West Lake

The Family room is okay and slightly better. The hotel amenities is still the same as any standard room which is disappointing. I would stay in the Business floor room for my next visit. As usual the breakfast and service is very good and fully recommend a must included to room rate. The overall front reception and front office staffs are good. I wish the lobby café can be better service. The hotel management should take control and have the hotel Lobby café management return to hotel management instead privately leased. I would return next year in late February / early March.
