Great staff and breakfast. Clean place and good parking.

Security door lock incorrectly fitted air conditioner not working correctly window open unable to close. Shame ev charging not working yet. Ev charger at shell nearby

Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Good AC

Needs refurbishing. Floor tiles discoloured. Shower hose needs replacing.Dust on bed side tables. Over all looking tired. Breakfast bit chaotic

"We used it ss a location gor walking the Severn Way for which it was ideal"

I was unable to sleep all night due to high pitched motor noise that could not be fixed during the middle of the night. They moved us to a different room for the second night. Both mornings we had breakfast booked but did not attend. The staff were as good as could be expected but it did spoilt our two night stay. I do use your company regularly I and use premier inns a lot

As expected.

Breakfast ends at 9.30 but at 9.05 lots of items had run out and were not replenished. Grapefruit tasted off (was fizzing!!) so I alerted the staff immediately but they didn’t remove it.
