Clean rooms.the staff were very friendly.

Bed wasn’t the best, mattress felt like it had a bit of a dip in the middle. Hallways felt a bit tired, especially as most doors appeared damaged

Breakfast very disorganised,no hot food had to wait for it to be cooked .No orange juice . Not enough staff ,so front desk unattended when we wanted to check out .

Der Frühstücksraum war für die vielen Hotelgäste völlig unzureichend. Es war schon ziemlich chaotisch. Es war kein Tisch frei, die Kaffeemaschine hatte keine Milch, die Tassen waren vergriffen, wir mussten aus Pappbechern trinken. Das Personal kam gar nicht nach, Toasts, Schinken, Rührei usw. nachzufüllen....

The staff were good, the bed was comfortable and the lighting was adequate. The car parking was free. Overall, when you take into account that a good breakfast was included in the price, it represented reasonable VFM.

This hotel is outdated and in need of refurbishment. The cleanliness was let down by aged fittings, particularly in the bathroom area, which had a noticeable drain smell in the shower. Note that the improvement in cleanliness could not be made by the cleaning staff, it is the fittings that need to be replaced. The hotel is located at the end of an industrial estate next to a main road and although traffic noise could be heard, it did not interrupt our sleep.
