The location was perfect,, the staff were great

I ordered a twin room ,, I got to the room and it was just one double bed ,, I went back to reception and told them I had ordered a twin ,, they said booking .com didn’t tell them I ordered a twin ,, so they gave us a new room ,, the new room had a double bed and a sofa bed (which wasn’t very comfortable) :(

Bed was very comfortable, bathroom clean topped up with shower wash and shampoo. The iron was a bonus.

Carpet in the room stained, could do with a spot clean as the dirty marks are too visible. The table needs changing. Used cups should be replaced. Didn't like the fact that I had to get clean cups from reception, even the cups I got from the breakfast station were dirty, I had to rinse them in the room.

Great for my dog to be able to stay and eat in the lounge at breakfast, great food, comfortable bed and slept well

The surrounds with fallen down fencing could be better
