Location is excellent, easy to reach from Capital Airport, 2 mins walk to Wangfujing, metro staton just right by the hotel.

Dear Beijing Regent Team, I would like to sincerely thank your team for the wonderful experience during our stay at Regent Beijing from 1 to 5 April 2026. Even before arrival, Miss Lynne Xiao impressed us with her patience, attentiveness, and clear communication regarding our room arrangements. She gave us great confidence that we had made the right choice. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed. 乔师傅 from Concierge was professional, friendly, and made us feel immediately at ease while assisting us to our room. During our stay, Miss Karen Yuan was exceptional. She handled all our requests efficiently and with genuine warmth, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our holiday. Our suite was spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The Level 12 housekeeping team deserves special recognition for their consistency, friendliness, and attention to detail in maintaining our room exactly to our preferences. After checkout, we realised we had left an important document behind. Mr. Matthew Zhu, Duty Manager, promptly contacted us while we were at the airport and professionally guided us through the recovery options. He arranged delivery via SF Express and kept us updated throughout. We received the document safely on 7 April 2026. His attentiveness and follow-through were truly commendable. Overall, our stay was smooth, comfortable, and memorable. The warmth and professionalism of your team made us feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for. Thank you once again for your excellent hospitality. We look forward to staying at Regent Beijing again.

Facilities, location near Wangfujing street and metro station on the right of the hotel

Loved the location and the room was big.

We ordered room service for the English breakfast one day which was very expensive for what we got.

Hotel is ok

I still haven’t received the deposit refund.

We visited as a family of 4 and they gave us adjoining rooms which is rare nowadays. The room AC didn’t seem to work so they gave us a fan and opened the window which helped but not ideal on warm spring nights. Buffet breakfast was pleasing. Spa (western prices) was great. Location near shops and tourist sites also very good.

Location, walking distance to Forbidden Palace, shopping and good restaurants. Wonderful staff who were always helpful and nothing was ever too much of an ask. Special mention is the lady at Concierge who wears dark framed glasses. Room service delivery and quality were also very good.
