We had a good experience . Sajen was our room attender and Avijith was our housekeeping supervisor.

The experience with the banquet sales and hotel team was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Almost every request attracted unexpected additional charges. Promised amenities were missing, and there was confusion over what was complimentary versus chargeable. Basic pre-conference testing was unreasonably priced, food offerings did not match what was confirmed and was of very poor quality and standard, and issues raised onsite were poorly handled. Billing discrepancies took hours to resolve, with staff unable to explain or reconcile charges. Meal quality was average at best, and the staff appeared too junior to manage a corporate event effectively.

Sejeun and aviejuth have been very attentive to make sure I have everything I need in my room.

It s a nice place and I recommend the garden villas. Sahen was particularly helpful and I enjoyed my stay. Nice beach location, too

It is not a luxury resort as they want to brand it but a very mid resort in terms of service , pool and food. Would not recommend stay away !!!
