Front desk personnel “off the charts” I have travelled extensive home and abroad as well as owned a motel , front desk staff unmatched !

The rooms are small, so it is well worth paying the extra for a corner room with a wrap-around balcony. The higher the better--but there is no elevator.

HOMOPHOBIC HOTEL. If you are LGBTQ+ or an ally don’t stay here. I stayed here and my stay was fine, except the fact that my bathroom smelled like sewer all the time. But when I was checking out I was saying goodbye and kissed another man in the lobby and the homophobic loser at the front desk told me “there are certain things we do not tolerate here” and asked us to leave.

Its nothing more than a grubby hostel

Price was too high for a very small room and the air conditioner was in in room air conditioner

Great hotel! No elevator but it was fine . Staff very helpful and fun ! Room always clean and had supplies. PERFECT location!!!!!Will definitely book hotel again !

Pro’s: Location it’s great if you want to be close to all the restaurants and nightlife from old PV. The room is had was perfect for me (a solo traveler). The people in the front desk are nice. Everything in my room worked properly (A/C, Tv, Cable, Shower with hot water) Con’s: it’s noisy, you can hear everything going outside and inside the hotel. I stayed there 3 nights and never got my room cleaned. The safe was closed and i was not able to use it. If you just want a cheap place to sleep and shower, i will say yes.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The room had a nice balcony and air conditioning.

Rooms are small, and the hotel is dated but very clean and the staff and the price were great. It’s advertised as having no air-conditioning but it does have an individual unit in each room. The humidity is quite high this time of year so it would’ve been nice to have a little more BTUs in the air-conditioning. Great location walked everywhere.
