Amazing place to stay! The property is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and truly feels like a home away from home. A special mention to Sanchita, who is an absolutely amazing lady—warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She goes out of her way to make sure every guest feels comfortable and cared for, which really adds a personal touch to the stay. From the cleanliness to the hospitality, everything was perfect and exceeded expectations. I genuinely felt relaxed and well taken care of throughout my time here. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at zuri kumarakom. Food is really good. Location is beautiful 😍 you can get to see beautiful sunset.Staffs are helping and friendly.

تجربتي في منتج كانت جدًا سيئة. الاستقبال أسوأ من السيء، حسّيت فيهم عنصرية، يستقبلوا أهل البلد بكل ترحيب وابتسامة، بس نحنا لا، معاملتهم كانت باردة. اتصلت فيهم أطلب سوكت للشحن، وردّهم كان مستفز، قالوا لي "ليش ما عندكم؟" بهالطريقة الغريبة! حتى الخدمة في المكان تعبانة، ولا المطعم يستاهل، والتلفون في الغرفة ما يشتغل، والجرس بعد ما يشتغل! والأسوأ إن خدمة الغرف يدخلوا بدون استئذان، يعني ما في أي احترام للخصوصية. والمصيبة الثانية إنهم ما جابوا الشنط وقت المغادرة، ويوم وصلنا نص الطريق اكتشفنا إن نص الشنط ما موجودة! واحنا أصلاً كنا متأخرين ولازم نروح المطار! وقبل نطلع حتى خبرناهم إننا بنسوي شيك أوت من الغرف، ومع ذلك ما سووا شغلهم صح!!! و ما تحملو مسؤلية غلطهم صراحة المنتجع ما يستاهل ولا نجمة، تجربة خذلتني بكل معنى الكلمة Honestly, my experience at the resort was very bad. The reception was worse than terrible — I felt there was discrimination. They warmly welcomed the locals with smiles and friendliness, but not us; their attitude toward us was cold and unwelcoming. I called them to ask for a charging socket, and their response was rude — they said, “Why don’t you have one?” in a very disrespectful way! The service in the resort was awful, and even the restaurant wasn’t worth it. The phone in the room didn’t work, the doorbell didn’t work either, and the worst part is that room service entered without permission, showing no respect for privacy at all. And the biggest issue was when we were checking out — they didn’t bring our luggage. When we were halfway down the road, we realized that half of our bags were missing! We were already late and had to catch a flight! We had even informed them we were checking out, yet they still didn’t do their job properly — and they didn’t take responsibility for their mistake. Honestly, this resort doesn’t deserve even one star. It was a completely disappointing experience in every sense of the word

We loved it a lot.The service over here was so good. Your way of fast responding to each and everything is really impressive. And also Thanks a lot to Sanchita and Sooraj who serviced ur room so neatly each and everything time when it's messy.

Overall this resort is very appropriate ,but I would like to mention their housekeeping staff Mr. Suman a young boy overthere. Everything gets worse if room service is not good but this boy suman is very enthusiastic and dedicated person towards his work . I observed his sincerity and way of customer treatment, in my opinion: one should prefer this resort and if housekeeping team having Suman like staff then it is very good for the resort MGT. Very much appreciable!! Especially to that humble boy!!

We chose this resort for a peaceful vacation, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the experience. The resort hosted a private event in the center of the property with loud music that went on into the late evening. Even though we didn’t want to participate, we had no choice but to listen. It’s basic common sense to respect the privacy and comfort of guests staying at the resort. This situation made us feel that guest experience is not a priority here. Value of the guest is clearly missing.

I’m in love with this resort because it is really amazing and looks like a paradise where you are surrounded by nature, you can meet here fish, cute squirrels and many different birds. This is one of the best resorts I’ve ever been! Even if you like to walk more than 10 km per day just like me, you don’t need to leave the resort for it since the territory is really huge for walking, running or even solitude. Every villa has a unique name. We stayed at big and beautiful ‘Zuri Presidential Pool’ Villa #404 with name ‘Emerald Dove’: 70 sq. m spacious layout with living & dining room + master bedroom for luxury vacation. We had 2 bathrooms including 3 showers (1 outside) & semi-outdoor bathroom for a luxe touch. As well villa has an amazing private pool with the Vembanad Lake view. Guests get fruit basket in a room as a gift too. There is a common beautiful big swimming pool with comfortable sunbeds for all guests as well. It’s a great photo zone with big elephants. Near the pool you can find a great gym with a beautiful view to be in shape even after delicious Indian meal. We had a classical Ayurveda massage at Maya SPA to stimulate the marma points in our body. It was started with a head massage with the neelibringadi oil (for hair growth), then a body massage with dhanwantharam tailam and face mask with nalpamaradi keram & red sandalwood (to take off blemishes and rejuvenate skin). Just be ready to wash your hair a lot after the oil :) I had to do it more than 5 times to forget about by oil :))) At ‘Lime tree’ you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner with veg and non-veg great options. I advice to try both buffet & A 'La Carte dinner. Food here is really delicious and with beautiful presentation. Fresh pineapple juice was amazing too! Don’t miss complimentary Evening Shikkara Cruise with music where guests like dancing and enjoy Vembanad Lake view. Since we were only 2 European guests on the boat, Indian people taught us how to dance :)) Resort has a complimentary ‘Tea & coffee’ session with Indian snacks and live music every evening, billiard room, basketball area, cycling and fishing are available for guests too. Villa was clean all the time during our stay. Mr Bibin and Ms Sancitha helped us with a great housekeeping and beautiful pictures every day on our bed!!

Once you enter The Zuri, you see a beautiful scenic property with a lake inside a resort. The picturesque landscape would attract your desire to be relaxed. We were there with a family and booked two rooms near the lagoon. Highly recommend. Good service, courteous staff and immediate assistance for your needs. During the rain, the landscape looks very stunning. The room size is adequate with the bathroom. One you can sit near the lagoon by the end of your room. The resort offers evening rides to Vembnad lake (4 to 5 PM). We have opted for an evening ride but due to rain and clouds , we could not see the sunset well. There are many paid activities but if there is rain, you won't be able to enjoy it but surely you will enjoy the walks in the resort. Food is very good. If you can have a budget, go for pool villas. Buggy is available for travel within just in case the elderly with you.

The Resort is beautiful and extends superlative warm hospitality. The staff is always ready to serve with a smile. They are dedicated and committed to ensuring comfortable stay of all their Guests. The Food is well spread and delicious.

This place has soul, and after meeting the general manager, it’s very apparent why - such a kind soul with so much heart. It reflects upon every aspect of the resort. Zuri’s lakeside location is the perfect spot to stop and reflect for a moment. We recently retired and decided to do something for ourselves. The rejuvenation package at the Ayurvedic spa exceeded our expectations. It was our first time travelling to India, so we took the 7-day package as we were unsure of what to expect. The staff at reception were very welcoming with their genuine smiles. Bincy, Sayantan, Ali, Sooraj, Shaini, and the whole crew made sure we had everything we needed. Dr Greeshma, Sunil, and Ambili are outstanding at their jobs and have incredible skill and knowledge. The treatment was thorough and on schedule and extremely professional. Meditation and yoga at the side of the lake brought so much peace and relaxation. Communication between the spa and restaurant was seamless. Head chef Boban and his team of chefs had all our meals sorted in detail and the entire restaurant staff (Pritam, Pabitra, Aldin, Siljo, Nikhil, Anjali and Akhil) in Silu's team didn’t miss a beat. They were all very efficient and aware of when and what we had at mealtimes. We were unfamiliar with Kerala dishes, so opted for the local cuisine and were delighted with the huge range of dishes on offer. There were options to choose from Indian, continental and many other cuisines to satisfy any palate. The housekeeping staff under Anuprasad was remarkable. Akhil, Sanchita, Arun, Bibin, and Soorya ensured we had every comfort. Akhil’s notes for a good night's sleep were left for us in the evening, and we began to look forward to them every night. There were others behind the scenes working tirelessly to make our stay warm and welcoming. We had so much fun with Akhilesh while fishing. I doubted we would catch anything with a ball of dough, but he definitely proved me wrong. We shared moments of immense joy as we reeled them in one after the other. With all other water sports and the zip-lining on offer, there is a lot to do. We had the pleasure of meeting and chatting with the ground staff. What an incredible job they do and how proudly and meticulously they do it. We shall hold wonderful memories of our visit and hope to return one day soon. It was probably the best decision we made and we could not have picked a better retreat. Our only regret was that had we known, we would have stayed longer. We have not felt this good in a very long time so it’s safe to say the treatment was extremely successful. We are profoundly grateful to every member of the Zuri family for our warm welcome and even warmer send-off. We arrived as strangers and left as family.
