Park Royal Homestay Club Cala Puerto Rico

The air conditioner makes it terribly cold, but you can't dehumidify it. So it's an old, old piece of crap.

The staff are awesome. They are friendly and helpful. The property is not friendly to those who have mobility issues. Too many stairs and not enough ramps. The layout of the parking lots and paths throughout the resort seem to favor the comfort and convenience of the staff as apposed to the paying guests.

4 people 2 pillows. Front desk couldn't give us any extra pillows.

Very poor lighting in rooms. Pool area very nice, Kitchen poorly stocked. Sleep quality poor. Bed very uncomfortable. Pillows of poor quality

Our 1 BR had a nice marina view but the unit was very tired and smelled moldy. Parking is very expensive & not convenient.

Very well maintained units and pool area on a quiet marina. Several restaurants and a market within walking distance and convenient car rental on site that is reasonably priced if you want to take day trips. Weather was great in January.

Daily parking is expensive, alternative is to park in a vacant unkept lot. No beach equipment: recliners and umbrellas available.
