"Great stay at Park Royal Club Cala"

Good vacation location property, lots to do and everyone is helpful. Be sure to go to Pura vida for foods and drinks, good food and good prices. Fast service and just short distance from park royal. Also enjoyed the yacht club restaurant, great location and great food. We enjoyed walking at the beach.

the stay was very nice. The only problem was that the electric went out many times. Not a big deal since I know PR has infrastructure and electrical issues. They got the power back as fast as possible. Great service and fixed any issue immediately

"Puerto Rico is awesome, this resort not so much."

The staff at the resort are the best. They were friendly, accommodating, really tried to do their best. Our room a the resort itself was very outdated, not clean, furniture was very worn, the kitchen supplies were almost non existent.

"Not close to family beaches."

The surrounding area of the resort was very beautifully maintained. The golf course and the community surrounding the Park Royal are gorgeous. However, the location is extremely far from anything convenient (like grocery stores). There is no beach close enough to enjoy a swim. Therefore, we had to drive 50 minutes to Luquillo-the nearest family beach.

"Lovely place to stay on Puerto Rico's East Coast"

Lovely rooms and staff. Everything was well maintained. Only issue was mid-week cleaning service made appointment yet never showed up and shuttle driver to beach also dissappeared a different day. Enjoyed the two pools and the short walk to the beach (waters are a little rough but that is nature's fault). Recommend for larger families or multiple couples.
