I can’t believe a Wyndham representative booked me at this motel. It was filthy and stank. I spotted German roaches three steps into our room door. It took longer than expected to check in, even though I had a reservation. There was a number of dubious characters hanging around inside and out at 1 o’clock in the morning. I did have a nice warm shower after a night of fitful sleep due to the quality of the motel. We only stayed here because our flight was canceled really late due to weather in Atlanta. Most motels were fully booked. I had called another nicer motel and got a Wyndham representative and he found a hotel with vacancy. Unfortunately, it was this one. We did step outside to try and find another hotel after seeing our room, but it was already late and didn’t have any success. The one across the street looked just as sketchy when I went in. It was a bad area.

This hotel is Roach infested. No free breakfast as advertised. The guy at front desk had an attitude. No wifi code for free wifi

Also it was roach invested the room was already $100 a night for the two bottom levels I had to switch rooms and when I did they put me on 3rd floor reminds I had a new baby with me the elevator was broke so i had to climb 3 flights of stairs with a new baby in a car seat with all my bags just for them to tell me it’s a $50 deposit for the 3rd floor cuz rooms are nicer! I shouldn’t of had to pay for another room plus deposit! Got in that room just for it to be roach invested other guest up all night in the hallway playing loud music smoking etc I will never again stay here ever!!!!

I am submitting a formal complaint regarding what was, without question, one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Throughout my stay, I felt extremely unsafe due to ongoing suspicious activity on the property, including being repeatedly approached by individuals offering illegal and inappropriate services. The overall environment made me feel uncomfortable and concerned for my personal safety at all times. In addition, the condition of the hotel was unacceptable. My room was located on the third floor where cellular signal was extremely poor, making it difficult to place or receive calls unless I went outside. There was no working telephone in the room, the TV remote did not function properly, and the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property were far below reasonable standards. The building appeared neglected, and there was a strong unpleasant odor throughout the premises. Because of these serious issues involving safety, cleanliness, and lack of basic accommodations, I am requesting a full refund for my stay. I booked this reservation last minute based on availability, but the experience I received was unacceptable and did not meet the standards I expected from Wyndham.

Never, never, never stay at this hotel. They advertised a hot breakfast but there was no breakfast at all. Telephone in room did not work. Front desk was behind bulletproof glass. Elevator was out for an entire day. Paint was peeling from interior walls. Management said the hotel was being remodeled but I saw no work being done. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. After complaining to corporate, I was told that I would be receiving a refund for one full day but one month later, there has been no refund. Spend a few extra dollars and stay at better hotel.
