Haughton Hall Hotel & Leisure Club

Breakfast was good with a good choice available. We did book a suite as it was my birthday + the room was lovely. The room had everything we would of needed including iron + ironing board, fan, hairdryer + toiletries. We did have a problem with the signal on the TV, but after reporting it a member of staff quickly sorted it out. We were very pleased with the room for the price we paid.

We did expect to have some spa treatments as it was my birthday but unfortunately we found that the treatments were only available on Sundays. Disappointing as we booked a midweek stay. The steam room was out of order as was the pool table.

For the price paid it was excellent! Fantastic customer service. Leisure centre - good. Included breakfast.

Large comfortable room, big bathroom with a bath. It is an old building that needs some love/maintenance but our stay was great, the pool and facilities were also very good. Very friendly staff and a lovely breakfast

Broken window in bedroom and there was cigarette ends on the adjacent roof indicating that someone had been smoking in the room. No hair dryer
