Cleveland House Inn

It wasn't a terrible place. The location was perfect for what we needed.

The biggest issue was the cleanliness. The room was dusty and there was a sock even left under the bed. It didn't really seem like they cleaned. Also, it was outdated and we could hear everything through the very thin walls.

Wish a Continental breakfast was included

The breakfast was not worth 16.50 each. 1 piece of French toast. 1 egg each. No home fries. No decaf coffee

The rug was stained The throw pillows were dirty Room was tiny. Only enough room for 1 person standing at the bed. Light and fan stopped working. Told them nothing was done about it Had to order breakfast as we were checking in.

Good location

Very rude lady running the office. The room decor was very outdated. No coffee maker or fridge in the room. Floors in the room are so wrapped that the luggage rolled from the wall to center of the room to the bed. Surprised the bed hasn't fallen through the floor. We stored some medicines in the "inn's" fridge, it has to be a serious health violation for a fridge to have so much mold in it. Glad we didn't eat anything. Will NEVER return to this dump.
