"Do not book The Cleveland House."

Do not book with this establishment. I tried to cancel months in advance and they refused to return $437. They said it was non-refundable. I filed a complaint with Chase and no luck. The Cleveland House refused to give me a refund. It should be illegal to charge for services cancelled well in advance. I would never recommend booking here or staying here.
