Cleveland House Inn

Otillia was great upon our arrival and check-in was very smooth. The room was clean and comfortable. It is centrally located to downtown. Parking can be a challenge but they are always willing to help

This is a great hotel with an awesome staff and a great location. The room was comfortable and clean and quiet, I want to mention Otillia at the front desk when we checked in. She was very polite, friendly and full of information. Thank you so much for all your help. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but we did survive for four nights with a space.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The room had a comfortable king bed with plenty of outlets for electronics. We had a whirlpool tub with 2 shower heads. The shower heads had plenty of pressure with lots of hot water. We received a parking pass, and walked everywhere through charming neighborhoods, shopping areas, restaurants, piers. Sections of the interior were a little worn, but overall, a pleasant experience. We would definitely stay here again.

The owner was very accommodating and gave us an excellent room. Very friendly staff. The room was charming and had a large Jacuzzi tub. And you can't beat the location. Will be staying again.

Bed squeaked, cheap mattress, the bathroom needs renovation- at least new showerhead, window unit for cooling worked fine. Dissapointed - the mainthing going for this inn is the location- central easy walk to everything
