Cleveland House Inn

Had to wait 1 he for room to be ready. A/C floor above leaking drip all night long into our a/c and we were unable to sleep

Location is perfect for us. Parking is great. Rick the innkeeper is top notch excellent!

Good location

The paint is peeling, the carpets are dirty, the bathtub in both rooms we booked had cracks, an area of missing carpet was covered over by throw rugs, mold in places, water damage in the bathroom, etc. We left early and the owner said he would refund us for a night, but he never did.

Very nice people. Were upgraded for free! So close to the main downtown area.

Overpriced, and deteriorating

I love staying here in the past . This time i was a little disappointed that the caroet in my room was so old and so dirty. It definitely is time to remove that carpet. Theyve ysed so much caroet fresh that the riom smelled way too strong like it. Also not having a window that opens was highly disappointing- no fresh air. I think the place beeds some improvements. Location is excellent and staff are great.

The hotel served its purpose for our one night trip. Great location, property was dated but did provide the historical antique feel that it advertises. Staff was nice but seemed very overwhelmed and disorganized at check in. We were asked to come back 2 hours after our check in time, at which point our room was still not ready. We were given an upgrade to a nicer room. It was about eight blocks to the the new location. The room was bigger and had a nice big jacuzzi tub, but it simply wasnt connected and not useable. The new building had no staff present. The breakfast service was a mystery. The dining room had a keurig machine but no coffee pods. Apparently you have to give your breakfast order the night before, but we were not made aware of this. We like to explore our surroundings and try local spots to eat so this was not an issue for us. I could see how this could get old during a longer stay.

Location and on site parking

The king rooms are vastly different in size. We were lucky to have a choice of rooms and were able to stay in one of the largest rooms which included a sitting area.
