"The place to stay in Quito Old Town"

The staff make the stay, and the staff at the hotel were beyond amazing! Upon check in, we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade to the 4-room Presidential Suite overlooking the Grand Plaza. Very enjoyable and would strongly recommend a stay at the hotel when in Quito.

There was a wedding immediately above our room on Saturday night and made it difficult to get to sleep before the noise abated around midnight. Not much noise barrier between the walls or ceilings.

"Beautiful classic hotel with exceptional service."

Beautiful classic hotel in a perfect location in the old city. Exceptional service ( thank you Luis). Greeted with a welcome drink. Staff go out of their way to ensure your every need is met with a greeting and a smile. We travel a lot and this has to one of our favourite hotels.

"5-star hotel in historic center"

Great hotel in the center of historic old town. The rooms are spacious and very well accommodated but the staff here went above and beyond. Luis Alberto and Mauricio always greeted me with a smile and were extremely helpful. I would recommend this hotel to any guest.
