There were spiders in the room. Reception refused to resolve the issue — a staff member answered dismissively (“what, am I the housekeeper?”) and refused to move me to another room. I couldn’t sleep all night and missed important meetings the next day due to exhaustion. I request a full refund. Not recommended.
