Both podpoint ev chargers were not working despite reception saying they were. No apology. I had to waste two hours driving outside the hotel to charge. That evening at 2300 I was woken up by reception asking me to come to reception to sign some credit card authorisation mandate. I was not asked when I checked in for it! He was insistent it needed signing and said he would come to the room! I told him I was staying another night and would discuss with reception in the morning. It felt like Fawlty Towers! 24 hours later on leaving at breakfast there was a Tesla on the charger overnight. The owner was just about to drive away. I spoke to him and he checked his battery level - still no charge! Despite having 36 hours notice that they were not working they could not even be bothered to put An out of order sign on them. Really sloppy management.

The room was very nice and clean, the staff are amazing and location is beautiful. All the facilities are available in the room.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, very hard mattress. As was extremely hot weather, you expect to be able to open the windows in the night. But I was not able to do so, as one window was facing a private balcony from next door room, and the guests spent most of the time there, and the other window couldn't be opened properly as the window frame was damaged, being an old wooden type of frame.
