We loved all the staff. They were friendly, helpful and attentive. The breakfast was perfect for our needs. Close walking distance to shops, entertainment and attractions. Older building and a few stairs which may be tricky for some. Lots of practices in place for safety and cleanliness.

My stay was good n staff were very friendly

Very close to Lime Street Station and easy walk into town centre. We used for just an overnight stay. The Hotel is in need of a facelift but comfortable enough and provides a more than adequate inclusive continental breakfast. Reasonably priced.

On first impressions I was a bit worried about staying here, especially after reading some reviews, however for the price it was fine for a night. Helpful friendly staff and bed was comfy. Also a good complementary breakfast which I wasn't aware of when booking. Very convenient for the train station too. Yes, it could do with a freshen up but overall a pleasant stay.

No wifi and elevators out of order. My room was on the third level This is not an acceptable stay

The hotel is in great need of an update . The mattress was not great and kettle worked intermittently . The staff were friendly and the location was good. Overall disappointing due to the overall tiredness of the building and rooms.

This place should not be allowed to post pictures of a hotel that looks nothing like what you turn up too. The smell when you walk in is quite unbearable. The place is so tired it hasn’t been properly cleaned for a very long time The carpets are dirty and coming away from the edge of the walls. The paint work is chipped everywhere. My room had a couple do windows that looked out to nowhere. I would not stay here again if you paid me.

I have stayed many times and unfortunately it has suffered from neglect and is major need of a refurbishment it is not worth the money as you can book others with a lot better facilities for 1/2 the price I will not be going back, we stayed in 105 and it was not very pleasant old knackered bed/ toilet seat hanging off and rather grubby paintwork.
