"Excellent"

The Hotel was very near Lime street train station, shops and pubs. Room, bed and shower was clean enough. Staff were excellent and friendly. Would certainly stay again and would recommend it..

Overall, it’s a good hotel, good location- very near to train station- a great choice for cross country travellers. The only downside is that breakfast was served rather late at 8am - not good if you need to take early morning train

We were looking for a cheap stay, and for the price we wasn't really disappointed. Literally a stones throw from Lime Street station, its location is great for the area we wanted to visit. Although the hotel is fairly basic, the staff were really friendly and very helpful. A bonus for me is that breakfast was included in the room price, which i wasn't expecting. Overall very happy with everything, and i would definitely stop here again in the future.

Does need a freshen up and touch up, however I loved it here.bed clean massive bathroom with bath. Staff very friendly and a homely environment. To get a free breakfast on top of the already low price was an added bonus. Will stay again. Right next to 02 academy too.
