Please note that the property reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival. If the card is declined, a new card will be requested and should be provided within 24hrs. If a valid card is not provided after this time then the booking will be canceled. The credit card used to make the booking must be presented upon check-in. Please note that cash payments are not accepted at this property. Guests must present their credit card on check-in for pre-authorization. The total amount for the stay and an additional EUR 50 per night will be authorized on their card. If a guest does not possess a credit card, a debit card is required and the same authorization policy applies. The name on the credit card used at check-in must be the primary name on the guest room reservation. Guests may be asked to show a photo ID upon check-in. When booking 10 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
