The Tower Suite is very lovely, but it has the major disadvantage of being located right next to the main stairway used by all guests. Many guests were extremely rude and loud at night, talking at full volume instead of being mindful that they were passing by other rooms.

Decor, friendly staff and good location.

Best spot in Solvang. Chic, comfortable and pet friendly. We appreciated the design of the interior spaces and had an excellent experience.

We enjoyed our Skal experience very much! Our room had an outdoor balcony overlooking the fire pits and it was lovely and peaceful. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the hotel is centrally located with easy parking.

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, primarily because of its exceptional cleanliness and the genuine warm and friendly staff. Our recent stay was so enjoyable that we're already planning to return sooner than we initially expected. The overall experience exceeded our expectations, and if our schedule had allowed, we would have gladly stayed for a third night. The atmosphere made our visit truly wonderful. Honestly, I hesitate to recommend this hotel too widely—not because of any shortcomings, but because I selfishly want to ensure we can always find a spot to stay. It’s that good!
