"Unproffessional Front Desk- Advised to reconsider booking."

Unfortunately, had a poor interaction and bad customer service at front desk. My family and I had a wedding to attend and we had traveled far to get to our destination, wished front desk would've been more welcoming & patience to explained the way the process payment & guides us through the amenities. I had no energy nor strength to deal with front desk bad attitude and rudeness to get to choose another hotel. To greater disappointment, the rooms were not up to standards there unkept by things left behind and not thoroughly clean such as the coffee machine and bathrooms. Hilton did not kept the business mission or promise shown in their business statements. Very discouraged from booking and staying at Hilton again and hope this helps the next travelers on their adventure to choose wisely.

The checkin process went fine. Then the next day I spilled something on the sheets. I requested housekeeping 3 times from 3 different people at different times because they never came. I then went to the front desk to complain but then I was given sheets and had to make my own bed. So basically they don't have housekeeping unless you're checking out. How could you charge $440 for the weekend without housekeeping services. I will never stay at another hilton again. I will also advise my friends and family to stay far AWAY!!!

The property was easy to access off of the highway. The hot tub was closed but not a deal breaker. The hallway carpets need a steam cleaning. The main lobby was fairly clean.
