very good hotel close to center of city. many places to eat around hotel.

The wireless internet connection in the room would drop out every 15 minutes or so Staff all super helpful.. rooms great..

The hotel in general was fine. What caused a major issue was the Japanese restaurant on the property. The hotel and all other restaurants took my corporate Visa along will billing to the room. I took some business guest to the Japanese restaurant. The price for menu was very overpriced, but since I had customers I continued with the meal. When the bill came the restaurant refused to take the Visa, and demanded a Chinese credit card or to pay cash. The bill was $2000 US Dollars so could not pay cash. We went round and round, so finally they said a manager was coming from another property with machine that would accept the Visa. They made us wait 3 hours until around 1am. We went to the front desk of hotel which offered no help, and said restaurant was not part of hotel, but was on their list of restaurants for the property. Next day the restaurant manager would still not take the Visa and threatened to call the police. I had to get our China Manager to pay via cash transfer. The Japanese restaurant is a total scam. The hotel management might also be on the scam.

The room is big and the staff is very friendly and would go all the away out to help you. Highly recommended to anyone who eats to relax and have a good time in Guangzhou.

The breakfast is amazing! And the rooms are so luxurious! I look forward to staying here when I'm in town!

for a 5 star hotel , I am very disappointed that the fitness facilities are shared with non hotel guests. Swimming caps are enforced for using the pools. This is so ridiculous.

I stay here everytime I'm in Shenzhen for work. Great hotel, amazing pool and gym. Right next to a major mall.

The hotel itself is very nice but my WiFi was very slow in my room and I had to sit in the lobby to get any work done.

We suspected our daughter got head lice from this hotel. They require us to wear swimming cap at hotel pool. We did not bring our own and they loan it to us. We took our daughter to salon 4 days after the trip and stylist discovered head lice on her. We have no contact history with anyone with head lice.

Reception service is sincere and good, close to MTR station, spacious room which is clean and nice.
