Мы прибыли в отель в полвторого ночи, надеясь на отдых, но вместо этого столкнулись с проблемами. Автоматический чекап снял 99 евро вместо 65 (как оказалось доп плата была за сити такс, о чем автомат не сообщил), а номер был грязный: пятна на постели, еда в диване, таракан в душе, террасы не было. Нас перенесли в 5-звёздочный отель(который был по соседству хаят называется), но с утра каждые полчаса меня беспокоили, спрашивая, когда я уйду. Я отвечала: «Когда переселите». Персонал явно знает о проблемах в соседнем отеле, но ничего не делает, лишь ухмыляется и каждый раз акцентирует: «Ну, мы же вас переселим на одну ночь в 5-звёзд, а потом вернём в ваш отель». К тому же, когда я заглянула в окно в этом 5-звёздочном отеле, там были кости мёртвой птицы, а моя наволочка тоже оказалась грязной .В итоге, после ночных разбирательств, нам дали чистый номер с террасой, но весь опыт был испорчен. За 25 000 гривен я ожидала большего. Не советую.

The room was spacious and clean. However, they did not clean our room once during our stay- no fresh towels, nothing. The location is ok, the metro station is around 10min walk.
