Beautiful building and grounds ; very nice receptionist ....hotel used to be associated with the Honda car factory next door but since that closed not sure who it serves ....; slightly strange smell !! Room small but clean ...

ロケーションは静かなところにあり、イギリスらしさを感じられる。建物は歴史のある建物。部屋は清潔。

友人の部屋、トイレが５回に一度ぐらいじゃないと水が流れない。フロントに連絡して部屋を変更できないか頼んだが、そのまま連絡なし。私の部屋はお風呂のシャワーとタブの変更をするノブみたいなのが機能しておらず、シャワーが使えなかった。髪を洗うのにアーユルベーダのようにタブの下に潜り込んでました。。。色々施設が古くなってる印象。ランドリーがあるとHPなどにも記載があるが、もうないとのこと。ここで洗濯予定だったのに。記載変更しておいて欲しい。朝食のレパートリーはそこまでない。昔泊まった時より、色々サービスは落ちた印象です。
