"Good value for money in such a nice hotel with garden view and Cotswold taste"

The hotel building was an old manor and was having such a good garden. Location in the Cotswolds was convenient to drive around. It was good for price and value and the staff was kind to communicate.

The view in the ground floor wasn't the best, heater in the room wasn't getting turned off and room was a bit small.

"Very disappointing"

Probably the worst room I have ever stayed in! No more than a shoebox. We had a standard double but honestly it was embarrassing with a bed like rock. When mentioned on checking out he just laughed! Shower was very cheap and bath so high it made it difficult to get in and out of. You have to pay a supplement for a hot breakfast and whilst it was nice be aware of this. Evening dinner was good and cooked to order. Staff very attentive. No way a 4star hotel - more like a premier inn plus.
