Nancy, the owner was amazing! And excellent service. Also, a beautiful historical home and nice location.

This is a special place! Nancy and her husband are exceptional hosts and so friendly. They both are world travelers with an abundance of knowledge about EVERYTHING. The food was exceptional, from the homemade waffles to the honey from Nancy's beehives. The house is filled with treasures. We felt like we had gone back in time (in a good way!) I rated the value lower because we stayed during Penn State graduation which makes all lodging in the area spike in pricing.

Wish we could have stayed longer.

The home built in 1895 is still owned by the same family. It was clean and packed with period furnishings. Our host was full of interesting information about the house and the the town. Breakfast was served on period tableware and breakfast was visibly pleasing.

“We had such a lovely breakfast experience! Nancy was incredibly kind and welcoming, and everything was spotless and beautifully kept. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. You can really tell she puts her heart into what she does. I would definitely come back again!”

Beautiful & charming Victorian accomodations with a scumptiously satisfying breakfast. Nancy our host is so welcoming & fully engaged to ensure our visit was memoriable, (without overwhelming). Looking forward to returning again in the Spring so we can really enjoy the porch & garden.

The house was beautiful, the room and amenities were outstanding and the staff were so nice and helpful and I learned a great deal of history about the town while I was there. I would go back again and I’m highly considering it for future visitors.
