Uno Hotel Thames

The family room did the job for the 4 of us. It’s nothing grand. The room was at the top of the hotel there was no lift.Breakfast was extra which was disappointing but the town centre is walkable so we did that on both days. The whole place is a little tired appearance and furniture wise but it all did the job

Location by the River is great, But unfortunately hotel let itself down being dirty upstairs and down. Spiders were present in webs in top corner of bedroom, and others cobwebs in other corners

This hotel is old and the interior is tired, however is does the job. The bed was conformable, the room was quiet, got a good night sleep and the full sized bath was fantastic. 6/10

Pleasant and efficient staff. My room had a balcony, which was most appreciated during that week’s heatwave. Excellent private parking area with CCTV.

We had a room with a balcony overlooking the Thames which was lovely. The hotel was very clean but it is tired looking. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Great location

The staff were friendly and the hotel has character. I was given a second floor room which was in the roof space so the eves encroached on the limited head room in the small room appart from the window bay. No lift, no coat hangers, no bedside table and no hot water for a morning shower. Not impressed, a premium price for a mediocre stay,

The hotel is dated, worn out, on entry to my room (205) the curtain is half hanging off, linen unclean, hair in the bath, the bed was too small and has seen better days, shower just about worked… Really disappointed as it’s a perfect location

Nice hotel in a good position overlooking the river. Good bar with terrace. Maybe the whole place could do with a decorative update, but no problem with the double room which was clean and comfortable. Definately would stay again.

Booked a 2 night stay Sunday and Monday nights. There was no food on Sunday after 9 pm and the restaurant was closed Monday so we had to go out to eat. The web site didn't say there was no cooked breakfast available. The general hotel was tired and run down as was our bedroom. The bed was hard and pillows uncomfortable. The bar was empty with no atmosphere. The front of house member of staff was pleasant and helpful but the only one we spoke to. This seems to be a rep's hotel and therefore not busy at weekends. the standard of the hotel was very disappointing and not as described on your website. In fact we were so disappointed that we decided not to stay for the second night, at our cost, and went home. We wouldn't stay there again and wouldn't recommend the hotel. We intend to send a full report to Tesco Clubcard telling them to warn their customers.
