Very clean rooms and kitchen space. Very bright, needs curtains in bedrooms, mattress very old, felt every spring, sheets and blankets for bedding. $80 for lock out call out free at 630pm Saturday Broken glass around footpaths. Fun boat hire facilities and tennis courts

It was a beautiful family holiday home in a nice location. It would have been a much better if the weather was good. We’ll definitely be back there

We had a family stay and enjoyed our visit. Quiet location, 2 bedroom loft cottage. We found the accommodation to be spacious and well situated. We enjoyed the surrounds and wildlife. Pleasant and welcoming staff. Kids enjoyed outdoor and covered pool. Our main issue was around cleanliness and we felt the bedding could have been better cleaned. The use of clean sheets wrapped around a quilt that did not appear to be washed was not what we expected. There was makeup spilt on the carpet. The crockery was not optimally cleaned. Staff were helpful when we advised of the broken items in the kitchen and let them know the makeup spill was there upon our arrival. We were happy with our courtyard and balcony overlooking a nature area and the gardens and communal areas were well maintained. We enjoyed the boat trip from the local company on Lake Macquarie.

We loved our stay. It was excellent and we will be returning. One suggestion/request...could the heated pool be kept a little warmer in winter? Otherwise we enjoyed the restaurant, loved the outlook of our townhouse and generally we’re very pleased with our stay.

no wifi but website said wifi, freezer leaking water, furniture very basic, TV very small, ducted air con had a rotten smell when turned on so we left it off and was very cold

No Wifi in the rooms despite Expedia entry that promised free Wifi. Manager claimed it was Expedia’s fault and we were left to suck it up. Luckily for us, mobile reception held up so we could watch what we wanted in the evenings. The rest of the resort was as expected. A little isolated but a nice spot on the lake with activities on site and a heated pool - great in the cooler weather!

Convenient for weddings or parties on site. Comfortable and convenient with parking right outside. Need a bit of updating and a new mattress. Most convenient location for onsite wedding. Quiet with beautiful gardens and lake views.

We stayed in a terrace for 6 people. Our bedroom smelt of sewage and felt dump. My 5 year old daugher started wheezing when she slept in our bedroom. I'm 100% sure that I will not be staying at this resort again. And oh they are very stingy with complimenatries, only two sad small milk cartoons(200 ml) in a very big and empty fridge while they're charging for 6 people for 2 nights (compulsory minimum stay).Same with coffee and tea

Charged $100 for breaking a lamp. Cleaner said when she picked it up to clean that the bottom fell off so hey it must have been our fault. Everything was old and dated. It was average to begin with. None of the attention to detail you would expect. No Salt & Pepper, not enough knives, forks or plates. Uncomfortable lounge. Tiny balcony. No view or outlook. The heated pool was the only good thing. We stayed in number 98. I'd avoid that one. Property Manager looking after owners not customers. We would have told them if we broke something. Won't be back.

I enjoyed the location, amenities and proximity to the lake . Unfortunately, we couldn't use the indoor pool with my kids due to a raucous group of men drinking alcohol and swearing plus the outside bins for the property was filled with maggots.
